AGROBIODIVERSITY AND AGROECOLOGY:
Environmental Resilience in International Food Law

We seek chapter proposals from potential contributing authors on all legal and cross-disciplinary aspects of agroecology and agrobiodiversity. Agrobiodiversity and agroecology go hand-in-hand toward the goals of promoting environmental resilience in international food systems and climate change resilient food policy. This book seeks to contextualize how various legal framework address agrobiodiversity and agroecology for audiences of student, practitioners and scholars. Some of the topics that the chapters will focus on the legal regulation of agroecology from a food law perspective, but other chapters will be geared toward providing regulators, lawmakers and attorneys with the scientific and policy background of those concepts. Ultimately, this would lead to a manuscript submission target date in early 2018.
Additionally, we would like to consider an appendix that would list resources for practitioners and highlight gaps in the law. We welcome collaborative projects with clinics and law school programs.
